After an order for a copier is placed online, a customer service representative will send you over the order form and lease document for the Xerox copy machine. These both require your signature and approval. At the time of order placing, we do not yet know which leasing company will be providing your copier lease.

The sample leases each have a different set of terms and conditions on them that should be read carefully.
