
Xerox C60 – EX-I Fiery – Scanning Issues
Recently, one of our IT partners was setting up a Color C60 for a customer. They ran into scanning issues that would not allow them to save the authentication when setting up the SMTP settings.
To make a long story short – You need to use Internet Explorer when configuring the scan settings of a Color C60.
