PageConnect Install Guide

– Open PageConnect Installation email from Magnum containing your SCOT Reg ID
*Note that the credentials are case-sensitive.
 – Download and install this PageConnect Assistant software on any computer that is on the same network as the copier. (You can load this on multiple computers  or on a windows server).

Run / Open The Installer and Select Language

– Accept License Agreement

– If prompted for SQL Server, select “Use Built-In”

– If necessary, you can change the installation location.
Click Next

Create New Database

– Click Finish

Welcome Screen for configuration.
– Click Next

– Input the Administrator Name, Email Address, Password, and SCOT Reg ID that was provided to you in an email.

Page Connect Account Registration

– After clicking Next, the account with Register.

– After successful registration, the software will need to add the monitored printers.

– Most environments should run the default search first.
*The software allows for adding of printers after initial setup is complete.

– Click OK and then the printer search will begin
*After the search is complete, press the Next Button

– After pressing Next, you will see the Xerox device listed in the Printers Tab

Steps for Adding a USB Printer

– FOR USB – Click Direct Printer Wizard
– For Networked Printer – Click Add Printer Wizard

– Click Next and software will begin searching for any USB printers attached to the same computer as the Page Connect Software.

– If Credentials are required, type them in.

– After the software adds the printers, press the FINISH button to close the wizard.
